Certification Details
What is barre?
Barre combines ballet principles, Pilates, Yoga, and physical therapy techniques to not only sculpt long lean muscles, but also strengthen & stretch bodies of all levels and ages. A barre class is a one stop shop for the body to strengthen, tone, and lengthen. People who take barre classes often notice long lean muscles that are sculpted as well as improvement in back/knee/joint pain. Most barre students boast of noticeably better postures.
