Carole’s classes are a great way to build confidence and experience with FitnessBarre™. Carole has a regular crowd who enjoys her moderate pace and detailed attention to alignment form and mastering the positions.

“After moving from Switzerland, I was introduced to barre in 1998 by a friend. It took me 6 months to come back after the first class because I was in such a shock. I thought I was in good shape being a strong tennis player, but nothing prepared me for that class. I really could see and feel the changes in my body. I wanted to get involved in the method because I really liked all its aspects: the body-mind connection, the re-shaping of the body, the stretching and the strengthening of all muscle groups, the fluidity of the class and the peace of mind. After an intense training period I became an instructor in 2001. In 2004, I decided to expand my experience and I became a certified Pilates Instructor. While teaching, I got to meet Robin and when she decided to go on a new adventure and open her studio in 2005, she asked me to join her.”
