Our method develops not only the muscles everyone talks about, but also the muscles often neglected that are key to reversing the aging process, preventing injury, and filling you with newfound confidence in how you look and how you move.
Robin and her team make you realize how important it is to take care of your body from the inside out, if you want to be fully present with your family, friends, and co-workers. That’s why every FitnessBarre™ class is different. Every single one. While each class is based on principles designed to work your body as a whole and in specific areas, all our teachers bring a high level of creativity and improvisation. Once something becomes familiar and expected, your results diminish. That’s why the more classes you take, the harder it feels. You’ll feel muscles you didn’t know you had. And push yourself to where you never thought you could.
What won’t be a surprise? Your results: Long, lean muscles. The waist you never thought you had. The tummy you’ll want to show off. Tank top arms. Shorts-worthy knees. Rock hard glutes. Our Classes

Every FitnessBarre class is a comprehensive workout which gives your body everything it needs to achieve and maintain a top level of fitness — strength, cardio, toning, sculpting, endurance, and flexibility. Our classes vary in terms of pace, intensity, and focus.
Our classes are typically 45 or 60 minutes in length, and our schedule accommodates people who prefer morning or afternoon workouts. In addition, our on-demand library is available for learning our method, re-taking favorite classes, or during off-hours.
Please wear something comfortable to move in. For barre or yoga, it’s best to wear fitted leggings or shorts, tank or tee, and to be barefoot or wear grip-soled socks. For higher intensity classes some people prefer sneakers (or “tennis shoes” if you are from the South!)
What you will need for our virtual classes: a mat, a heavy (5-8lbs) and light (2-5lbs) set of weights, and a surface to lean against such as the back of a chair or a table/counter top. Other props we may use but are never essential include: an inflatable 9” ball, a 9” looped resistance band, a long straight resistance band and a yoga block.

Class Descriptions
It’s the FitBarre class you know and love…with slightly less stretching and a quicker pace. Take FitBarre 45 in combo with another class, when you need a light day, or when you’re short on time! For balance and recovery, we recommend adding your own personal stretch routine.
Feel the burn and break a sweat in this 60-minute fast-paced, full body workout. You’ll start by flowing through a variety of heart pumping and dynamic cardiovascular exercises. Then, you’ll hit the barre for some intense thigh+glute strengthening and core conditioning.

HIIT45 is our dynamic High Intensity Interval Training class structured around a series of mat based “circuits” of intense bursts of strength and cardio-challenging activity and strategic recovery. Following the rounds of intervals, you’ll do a final burn-out series, an ab finisher, and stretch.
Robin’s FitnessBarre™ Zoom classes provide me with structure, discipline, and a sense of community. I look forward to seeing Robin and the other instructors, as well as the class members. I’d rather be in the studio of course, but their Zoom classes are the next best thing. I also love their video library so I can take classes on my own timetable. – Jenn B.

We can schedule a regular or special event fitness class for you friends & family with the FitnessBarre™ teacher (and music!) of your choice. Email or DM us with what you would like and we will customize your awesome experience!
Barre-to-Bar with Robin & Linda
Robin and Linda, BFFs forever, used to spend every Tuesday together taking a barre class and then having cocktails. Something they (and occasionally their close friends) would look forward to and never miss. Thanks to our new virtual existence, we are inviting you to join us. After an FitBarre45 we consider life, cocktails, mocktails, and friendship. What happens here stays here! If you are interested, please let us know and look out for the invite!

Guest Teachers
We are fortunate to have a large network of top teachers who love to guest teach our FitB community. Sometimes they pop up as students in our classes. We incorporate guest teaching into our schedule as a way to keep variety and surprise into our program.
Private Sessions
Robin believes in the benefits of group fitness. On rare occasions she has taken on short-term private clients while they are recuperating from surgery or illness, or to help them develop confidence in the FItnessBarre™ method before entering a studio. Please let us know what you need and we will customize a solution that will help you develop the right private program to set you up for success. Our on-demand video library is another way to support a more private experience with FitnessBarre.™

While we encourage you to join our livestream community as often as you can, we understand that may not always be possible or what you want or need. Our on-demand video library is here for you to access 24/7 to retake a favorite class, to explore a new class or teacher, or to become familiar with our method and positions.
